Former federal prosecutor and current MSNBC prison analyst Glenn Kirschner informed radio host Dean Obeidallah that Justice Samuel Alito will have to face hearings, and even perjury costs, over the leaked draft opinion that might overturn the constitutionally proper to abortion must it transform closing.
