Decide Juan Merchan, who is presiding over former President Donald Trump’s hush cash trial, cleared the court and shut down protection witness Robert Costello for being disrespectful.

The prosecution rested its case Monday after Trump “fixer” Michael Cohen left the stand.

CNN’s Jake Tapper mentioned Costello used to be a attorney that “at one point had recommended Michael Cohen” and used to be referred to as by the protection to question Cohen’s credibility.
