Dylan Grall, 23, was once charged with two counts of battery, now with a further hate crime enhancer, after it used to be printed that he beat two males he passed on the street in Madison, WI for conversing Spanish, although they have been in truth speaking Hebrew.

In accordance the police incident document, Grall handed the 2 males as they were conversing, swore at them, and demanded that they discuss English. The file persisted:

This led to a disagreement the place the victims were both struck within the face. One fell to the ground. The opposite had a watch that was virtually swollen shut. The suspect denied handing over blows, but did renowned telling the men to talk English. Then again, he thought they were speaking in Spanish.

A witness proven that the boys had been conversing Hebrew, no longer Spanish.
