A New York Supreme Court justice ordered former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani to seem prior to a grand jury in Georgia as a part of the case of former President Donald Trump seeking to overturn the 2020 election results in that state.

New York Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber ordered Giuliani on Wednesday to appear prior to the grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia – the place District Legal professional Fani Willis has been investigating Trump’s try to overturn the 2020 election in the Peach State that integrated a plot to have faux electors cast ballots in his choose – on Aug. 9.
