Tyler Cherry, a former Interior Department communications director, was once hired to a new role not too long ago to work on the White Home communications workforce. The White Home defended hiring Cherry in a commentary to Fox News Digital with White Home senior deputy press secretary Andrew Bates noting, “We’re very proud to have Tyler on the workforce.”
