Lincoln Project co-founder and former GOP strategist Steve Schmidt mentioned Thursday Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) would homicide his political opposition if he could get away with it.

The eccentric political commentator made the touch upon Twitter, and he assured his followers he used to be no longer being hyperbolic.

Any person who thinks Ron Desantis wouldn’t kill his political opponents given the chance doesn’t take into account who he is. He just proved it. The refusal to peer that is stupid. Recklessly silly.”
