Former Governor Christine Todd Whitman (R-NJ) advised CNN anchor Jim Acosta that former President Donald Trump’s new rant about ladies made her want to “smack him throughout the face!”

Trump has drawn attention for his now-regular proclamations he’ll be a “protector” for ladies — so much of it negative. At a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin Wednesday night time, Trump referenced those reactions in a rant that included the road “Smartly, I’m going to do it whether or not the women love it or not.”

On Thursday’s version of CNN Newsroom With Jim Acosta, Whitman blasted Trump and stated these remarks made her ball up her fists and get violent urges:

JIM ACOSTA: Harris at 19 factors. She is top Donald Trump among ladies. That is above where Biden used to be against the president at the moment in 2020. Your ideas, Governor Whitman?

GOV. CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN: Smartly, frankly, that remark of his, “whether they like it or no longer,” is solely infuriating! And I feel there are numerous women who are nonetheless fairly hesitant. These girls who’re on the fence to whom to be able to be extremely offensive, and it’ll sway the vote.

And I don’t understand why we’re nonetheless speaking about the trash factor of the truth that Joe Biden talked about that once Donald Trump has been denigrating people, males, women, minorities.
