Representative Daniel Goldman (D-NY) reacted to the DOJ winding down the felony instances against President-select Donald Trump by way of calling it a “travesty” for the justice gadget.

And I take into account the Division of Justice’s own coverage that they can not indict or prosecute a sitting president, in order to make it, of course, very tough to pursue these cases towards Donald Trump on the federal level.
