Secretary of State John Kerry spoke to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos Sunday morning in regards to the hours-old compromise brokered between the US and Iran about halting (but not dismantling) the latter u . s .’s uranium-enrichment application, which has been both hailed as an ancient breakthrough and denounced as a reckless concession.
