Controversial Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) made clear her frustration with Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) calling out controversial earlier statements by a GOP witness on Wednesday throughout a House Oversight subcommittee hearing on vitality coverage.
Bush, who is the ranking member on the Financial Growth, Power Coverage, and Regulatory Affairs subcommittee, used to be in the middle of giving her opening commentary when Boebert requested Bush’s remarks be “taken down.”

“Thanks, Mr. Chairman. I would like a parliamentary inquiry into taking down the general girl’s words, the rating member’s words for insinuating that our witness made white supremace [sic] statements the use of his words,” Boebert delivered, the use of a unique pronunciation for “supremacist.”
