Reflecting on his poll numbers in an interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters, Obama said: “I’ve gone up and down just about consistently all the way through. “But the good thing about when you’re down is that on a regular basis you got nowhere to move but up,” Obama brought, in step with excerpts launched by using ABC.
