Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden.”

Trump criticized his predecessor’s last-minute choice, arguing that it “makes him seem very guilty.”

“Now, possibly every president that leaves place of job, they’re gonna pardon every particular person they ever met,” he urged. “I suppose now I have precedent to do it. I wouldn’t need to try this, no. I feel it makes you appear very guilty. I think it makes Biden look very bad, very vulnerable, and really responsible.”
