Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) has drafted a constitutional amendment that, if ratified, would permit President Donald Trump to run for a 3rd term. However, the measure is worded to prevent former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Invoice Clinton from returning to the Oval Office.

The twenty second Modification states, “No person will likely be elected to the place of work of the President more than twice, and no one who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a time period to which some other person was once elected President will likely be elected to the place of work of the President greater than once.”

The amendment was once ratified in 1951, six years after Franklin Roosevelt died in workplace right through his extraordinary fourth term. He used to be the one president to serve greater than two terms.
