Vice President JD Vance got backlash from conservatives on Thursday after it was announced that his first sit-down interview can be performed by way of Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan.

After CBS News political reporter Olivia Rinaldi broke the news that Vance would grant his first interview as vice president to Face the Nation on Sunday, conservative media figures criticized the decision.
