(Reuters) – Walt Disney Co has named Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter Inc and chief government of funds startup Sq. Inc, as an unbiased board member. The corporate stated on Monday that Judith Estrin, a former Cisco Systems Inc chief expertise officer, will retire from the board at its March 18 annual assembly.
