A Portland, Oregon pimp was sentenced to a hundred years in prison for brutally beating a person together with his Jordan sneaker. Now, he’s filing a $one hundred million lawsuit towards Nike for failing to place a warning on the footwear that they will be used as a perilous weapon.

Sirgiorgiro Clardy used to be convicted early ultimate year after stomping the face of a john who was seeking to go away a Portland resort without paying for the services he obtained. He was once also found guilty of severely beating a 18-year-outdated prostitute.

“Under product liability there’s a sure usual of care that is required to be up-held by way of potentially bad product,” Clardy wrote in a 3-page handwritten grievance. “Do (sic) to the truth that these defendants named on this Tort declare failed to warn of chance or to offer an ample warning or instruction it has brought about private damage within the likes of mental struggling.”

In step with The Oregonian, a psychologist who testified during the trial declared Clardy “an anti-social psychopath who used to be 100 percent prone to commit violent crimes again.”
