Ex-Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) blasted her former Home GOP colleague Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) on Friday and warned Republicans that if they make him House speaker they will lose the majority in the next election.
“Jim Jordan used to be concerned about Trump’s conspiracy to steal the election and grab energy; he advised that Pence refuse to depend lawful electoral votes,” Cheney, once chair of the House GOP Convention, wrote on Twitter, adding:
If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they are going to be leaving behind the Structure. They’ll lose the Home majority and they’ll should.

Final weekend Cheney also put Jordan on blast whereas giving a speech on the University of Minnesota. “Jim Jordan knew extra about what Donald Trump had planned for January 6th than every other member of the Home of Representatives,” she mentioned, adding:
If the Republicans come to a decision that Jim Jordan must be the Speaker of the Home…And I, by the way, I don’t assume that’s going to happen. Hours after Cheney’s tweet, Jordan secured the Home GOP nomination for speaker, beating out Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) in a closed-door vote.
