Rep. James Comer (R-KY) claimed that prosecutors charged Hunter Biden with an additional nine tax counts that could earn him years in prison, all to give protection to the First Son from a congressional subpoena.

The chair of the House Oversight Committee made the declare to CNN’s Jake Tapper’s astonishment Friday evening.

“What he bought charged with, with that indictment ultimate night time, that had nothing to do with all the so-known as loans that the Bidens have taken,” Comer maintained. “We’ve identified, it appears, with the president’s son and brother, over $14 million in loans where it doesn’t look like they made any funds on — principal or hobby. And what point do those loans, in case you’re not going to pay ’em again, change into profits?

“So, we expect that is simply the tip of the iceberg. We think there’s many more crimes. and my issue is that [David] Weisse may have indicted Hunter Biden to offer protection to him from having to be deposed in the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.”

“Ah, yes! Yes!” Tapper exclaimed. “He indicted him to offer protection to him. Sure! The basic rubric. He indicted him to give protection to him. I received it!”

Comer alleged the Biden administration is engaged in a “coverup”:

COMER: Neatly, seem, this whole — Jake, you realize, this complete factor’s been a few coverup. You understand you’ve received two serious—

TAPPER: That’s why he indicted him, to protect him? To duvet it up?

COMER: Seem, you indict him on the least little factor, the gun cost and no longer paying taxes —

TAPPER: He’s going through like 17 further years in jail! These are felonies!

COMER: Yeah, but take a look at what he’s carried out! Any one else in The usa would already be in prison.

Hunter Biden is about to be deposed via Congress on Dec. 13 in the impeachment inquiry into his father, President Joe Biden.

Home Republicans voted Thursday to formalize their impeachment inquiry into President Biden. They allege that he was inextricably linked to nefarious trade dealings with Hunter and his brother, James.
