President Joe Biden took on Russian President Vladimir Putin, former President Donald Trump, and even mentioned the potential of nuclear warfare in off-the-cuff remarks at a San Francisco fundraiser on Wednesday evening.

When discussing Russia, Biden called Putin a “loopy SOB.”

“We now have a crazy SOB like that man Putin and others, and we all the time have to fret about nuclear battle,” the president said.

Biden’s comments had been made while he was pointing to climate trade as the last word “existential chance to humanity.”

He additionally blasted Trump and the state of the Republican Party, accusing conservatives of being worse than outspoken racists he once served with in the Senate.
