A panel of Czech judges ruled Tuesday that concert promoters — and now not Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe — had been largely to blame for the tragic death nearly three years ago of a teenage fan of the metallic band, pronouncing the singer’s actions didn’t represent a crime. The state lawyer, who had sought a conviction for manslaughter and asked for the minimal sentence of five years, immediately appealed the decision.
