The Pentagon announced Friday the U.S. militia shot down a high-altitude object over Alaskan airspace simplest days after taking down a suspected Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic Ocean after it transited across the continental U.S.

Nationwide Safety Council spokesperson John Kirby validated a “excessive-altitude object” was shot down on Friday at a White Home press briefing. Kirby mentioned the object posed an inexpensive chance.

On the briefing, Kirby said the most recent object, which was noticed over Alaska, used to be taken down within an hour of him briefing the press.
