ABC News chief legal analyst and Mediaite founder Dan Abrams mentioned he could be “completely bowled over” if the U.S. Supreme Court docket decides to uphold Colorado’s determination barring former President Donald Trump from the 2024 pollwhen justices hear the case this week.

The Courtroom is scheduled to listen to oral arguments on Feb. 8 — the same day as Nevada’s GOP presidential caucus.

“This is going to be a essential ruling,” Abrams informed This Week host George Stephanopoulos on Sunday.

He continued:
