The implementation of the Affordable Care Act has despatched Democratic contributors of Congress and their staffs right into a digital panic. The political implications for his or her birthday celebration, some anonymous Democratic aides are telling the press, are potentially disastrous for their bosses and the Birthday Celebration itself.
According to a file in The Hill, Democratic congressional staffers are venting their frustrations with the ACA’s implementation at President Barack Obama.
