Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis claimed that Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows eliminated former President Donald Trump for “low-cost clicks” during an interview on Fox News.

Bellows, a Democrat, ruled the day prior to this that Trump may no longer run for place of work in Maine “because he is not certified to carry the place of job of the President underneath Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

DeSantis joined Fox News anchor Edward Lawrence on Friday, where he gave his ideas on the controversial ban. The Florida governor claims that Bellows’ determination was once a “stunt” executed to garner “low-cost clicks,” and estimated the Supreme Court docket would overturn it.
