Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) vowed to hold President Joe Biden “guilty” for having “weaponized” the Department of Justice against Republicans.

The Home GOP Conference chair issued a commentary Tuesday evening that vowed retribution after former President Donald Trump’s house was once raided with the aid of the FBI the day past.

Additionally, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) had his phone seized by the bureau Tuesday.

In a commentary posted on Twitter, Stefanik noted both incidents, and vowed Biden would pay, as would Attorney Common Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. Stefanik tweeted a commentary pronouncing:

Joe Biden’s FBI and Division of Justice have been fully weaponized against their political opponents. It’s an absolute outrageous abuse of power and unAmerican for these agencies to raid the house of President Trump and take hold of the cellular phone of a sitting Member of Congress.
