Joe Muto, the previous O’Reilly Factor producer who was once let go after reporting from throughout the organization for Gawker, entered a New York Metropolis court on Thursday and pled guilty to 2 misdemeanor costs. Among the conditions of “Fox Information Mole” Muto’s plea, if he’s discovered to be in possession of any Fox News Channel property, he will also be sent to jail for up to 365 days.
Muto was once fired from Fox in April, 2012, after he started out writing tales for Gawker about what day by day lifestyles was like for Fox producers. Muto was reportedly paid $5,000 for his studies which incorporated insider accounts like Fox host Sean Hannity relating to former GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney as a “blue blood.”
