With the tributes to departing Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) pouring in these days, it most effective is smart that Glenn Beck would weigh in with his own. On his radio express this morning, Beck known as Bachmann’s choice to step apart “sad and tragic,” however he was once thankful that she used to be leaving the “Chernobyl” that is Washington, D.C. together with her “honor and integrity” intact.

“Here’s a girl who has weathered much,” Beck stated of Bachmann, “truly long past the additional mile.” Perhaps referring to the ongoing scandal relating to the congresswoman’s use of taxpayer cash all the way through her 2012 presidential marketing campaign, Beck said, “they’ve accused her of the whole thing, they’ve by no means come up with anything else that has has ever stuck to her.” Of course, simply as of late a trial date used to be set in the Iowa lawsuit towards her.

“She is leaving with honor and integrity, I believe,” Beck concluded.
