We’re using each software that can be used, from building a border wall to building these border limitations to passing this law that I signed that ended in some other lawsuit by the Biden administration the place I signed a law making it unlawful for any person to enter Texas from every other usa. And so– and so they’re topic to arrest and topic to deportation. And so, we’re deploying each software and strategy that we possibly can. The only thing that we’re not doing is we’re now not capturing people who come across the border because, after all, the Biden administration would cost us with homicide.
In December, Abbott signed regulation into regulation making unlawful immigration a state crime and in addition licensed $1.54 billion for the development of barriers alongside its 1,200-mile border with Mexico. The governor has been busing undocumented migrants to Democratic-run cities including New York, which has spoke back through suing the bus corporations who transported the migrants to town.
