Sean Hannity took on liberal fearmongering over the debt ceiling on Tuesday evening, taking over Democratic congressman Adam Smith over Democratic irresponsibility in terms of fiscal concerns. Hannity and Smith battled over how so much may be paid for and settled if the usa defaults, with an impatient Hannity pronouncing at one point, “Let me get this thru your liberal head.”

Smith argued that there are various issues that won’t be paid if the federal government shuts down, they usually fought over precisely what Hannity meant by way of paying off the nation’s “responsibilities.” Hannity stated, “Possibly you desire a calculator in DC.”

He argued that the shutdown displays there are plenty of non-essential services and products that the country could get by using with out for a while, citing the massive debt amassed over the past few years. Smith shot back that the deficit problem is a “completely different factor than simply announcing we’re now not going to pay our bills.”
