NewsNation host Chris Cuomo disagreed with the idea that former President Donald Trump would “damage any of the institutions” if re-elected president in 2024, arguing that “he doesn’t have those forms of ambitions” as “he’s now not a megalomaniac.”

All the way through a debate between Republican commentator Scottie Nell Hughes and former Democratic Ohio state Sen. Nina Turner on NewsNation’s Cuomo, Cuomo mentioned, “I believe that what the media, the left is doing is neatly-intentioned, they care, however they’re giving Trump an excessive amount of credit score they usually’re making him a big deal.”

He endured:

Hughes responded, “I’m gonna respectfully disagree with you. Trump desires to simplify a paperwork that has been built up over a long time through each parties, and that’s why each events, including Republicans, usually are not happy to see him on the ticket. So it’s not that he doesn’t be aware. Understand that, he’s an awfully good man. Just ask him, he’ll tell you.”

Closing week, Cuomo sparked controversy after he said he would be “open” to vote casting for Trump despite not in my view liking the former president.

Asked on the PBD Podcast, “So you’re open to a Trump vote?” Cuomo spoke back, “I am all the time open. And I’ll tell you this: Individuals say, ‘Oh, bullshit! You’ve never voted for a Republican on your lifestyles.’ Unsuitable. No longer only have I, the primary vote I ever cast used to be for a Republican.”
