Justice Richard Arnold of the England and Wales High Courtroom on Tuesday granted Nokia a ultimate injunction to prevent HTC from persevering with to infringe upon a European Patent held through Nokia related to cell phone microchips. The choose had ruled in October that HTC's One telephone contained the microchips. HTC, responding to the lawsuit, said on Wednesday it might appeal the ruling.
