White Home Press Secretary Jen Psaki defended her ethics in an interview with Howard Kurtz of Fox Information — amid stories she’s about to take a job with MSNBC.

And in the process, one correspondent unnamed was once quoted as saying you’re good at your job and ‘jawing with Jen simply makes you seem like an a-hole.”
“When I talked to the President about this job, and Dr. [Jill] Biden too, the largest piece of advice … they both had for me is to way it from the prism of bringing credibility back to the job,” Psaki stated. “Of showing appreciate even individuals who disagree with us, with him, with the policies of the administration. And, sure, some of that is taking the temperature down in the room.”
“But have you bitten your tongue infrequently?” Kurtz asked.
“After all!” Psaki mentioned. “After all, I’m human! I’m an Irish lass in my heart. On occasion I get a little bit fiery in there. However on most days, my hope and my purpose is to not make it a gotcha moment, and to make it a spot the place we’re offering knowledge.”
