Via Kevin Murphy KANSAS CITY, Kansas (Reuters) – Kansas lawmakers sent the governor a sweeping anti-abortion invoice that bans Deliberate Parenthood from offering sex training supplies in colleges and defines existence as beginning at idea. The 70-web page invoice passed 90-30 in the Kansas Home of Representatives late on Friday night after simply clearing the Senate past in the day. Governor Sam Brownback, a Republican strongly against abortion, was once expected to signal it.
