Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY) was once emotional at a press convention to update the media on Monday morning’s capturing in Louisville, revealing that two “shut friends” of his had been among the many useless, and any other buddy was badly wounded.

The capturing at the Old National Bank in downtown Louisville befell around 8:30 am CT, and to this point has left four victims dead and at least eight wounded.
