The Los Angeles Police Division has validated that Chris Rock has declined to file a police document in opposition to Will Smith for the now-notorious slap the actor delivered across the comedian’s face at the Oscars Sunday night, in keeping with a document by means of Selection.

LAPD investigative entities are aware of an incident between two people during the Academy Awards software. The incident concerned one person slapping any other. The individual concerned has declined to file a police file. If the concerned birthday party desires a police report at a later date, LAPD might be to be had to complete an investigative document.
