Bill Maher attacked former President George W Bush on Friday night over Bush’s 0.33 annual Wounded Warrior 100K with veterans of the Iraq Struggle.

“I found this to be nauseating,” Maher said. “First he sends them off to battle to get their limbs blown off, then he has them over for a barbecue. That is just like the Cleveland man having a pizza birthday party for these women he had in his basement.”

This received moderately the response from the generally encouraging Maher crowd, although they did end up applauding.

“Possibly that’s just a little so much,” certainly one of his liberal guests mentioned.

“I believe it’s type of sadistic when something like that occurs,” actress Brit Marling stated. “The idea that these amputees—the technology that’s permitting them to do this is one way or the other something to have fun? People shouldn’t be over there losing limbs in the first location.”

“Smartly, wait a minute, these guys are undoubtedly celebrating their prosthetic limbs,” said James Poulos, a HuffPost Live producer. “W said ‘I don’t pity these guys, because they don’t pity themselves.’ That doesn’t transcend the truth that the Iraq Conflict was a significant shit exhibit, but it surely does transcend the truth that there’s roughly this uncomfortable irony between Bush’s relationship and these guys. They’re all out there biking collectively, and that’s k.”

“I by no means recognize what facet you’re on,” Maher told Poulos. “Are you with us or towards us?”

“What was really jarring about that interview was once the truth that President Bush needed to tell himself that he truly tried diplomacy,” stated Neera Tanden, President of the Heart for American Growth. “It’s sort of a unusual factor that he has to appear back and make up issues that he did.”

“Certainly doesn’t sound just like the George Bush I remember that,” Maher mentioned.
