Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo conceded on Monday that no one – not even a former president – is allowed to own categorized materials outside of the suitable environment.

That includes former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago inn, which was raided through FBI retailers on Aug. eight.

Pompeo, who seems as though he is laying the groundwork for a presidential bid, made the comment in New York on Sunday.

As he addressed an event for the Israel Heritage Groundwork, an attendee requested Pompeo, “What’s Donald Trump up to?”

A clip circulating on-line shows the query used to be not requested within the context of Trump’s prison concerns stemming from the Justice Department raid that unearthed categorised materials. That did not cease Pompeo from commenting on the subject.
