NEW YORK — A Norman Rockwell portray titled "Announcing Grace" has been bought at a New York City public sale for a file $46 million. Sotheby’s says it is the very best price ever paid at auction for an American portray and for a piece by the Saturday Evening Post illustrator. The patron wasn’t disclosed.
