Professional-Palestinian protesters disrupted the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York on Thursday — with a few glueing themselves to the street.

Consistent with New York ABC affiliate WABC, the protest broke out at roughly 10 a.m. ET, roughly 90 minutes after it commenced. It came about on West 45th street and sixth Avenue — approximately 11 blocks uptown from the top of the route which is featured right through NBC’s coverage.

Per the WABC record, roughly 30 protesters had been demonstrating alongside the route when a few jumped police barricades and seemed to glue themselves to the street. They have been clad in white jumpsuits stained in fake blood, with phrases together with “colonialism” imprinted.

The parade was in brief stopped because the NYPD eliminated the protesters and took them into custody.

Additional, NBC Information studies a drift which carried participants of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe of Massachusetts displayed a Palestinian flag at one point, as they made their means down the parade route.
