Ray Epps, a one-time supporter of former President Donald Trump and viewer of Fox Information, claims he acquired demise threats and had bullet casings left on his property after the network aired claims that he used to be a federal agent who helped fuel the Jan 6 Capitol insurrection.

His lawyer, Michael Teter, spoke with CNN host Jake Tapper on Thursday about his lawsuit in opposition to Fox and the way conspiracy theories echoed via former community anchor Tucker Carlson and different company put his life in peril.
