Secretary of State Antony Blinken published Sunday the U.S. govt is looking into studies of useless and kidnapped American citizens in Israel following Saturday’s attacks through Hamas.

Speaking with Dana Bash on CNN’s State of the Union, Blinken recounted the State Division is trying to substantiate the reviews of American hostages.

“We now have studies that a number of Americans have been killed, we’re working overtime to substantiate that,” Blinken said. “At the similar time. There are studies of missing American citizens and, there once more, we’re working to confirm these studies.”

Blinken also made an identical comments on NBC’s Meet the Press and CBS’s Face the Nation.

Israeli media is reporting greater than 600 had been killed so far in the assaults. Dozens more are believed to had been taken to Gaza as hostages.
