Arizona Democrat, Sen. Krysten Sinema (D-AZ), poured cold water Thursday on the Democrat’s hopes to codify Roe v. Wade via reforming the Senate filibuster to get across the 60-vote threshold in any other case needed to move such legislation.
CNN anchor Ana Cabrera suggested that Sinema’s office told her, that regardless of President Joe Biden supporting such an effort, the senator “is still adversarial to gutting the filibuster on any matter including on reproductive rights.”

Sinema’s announcement comes after reasonable West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin (D-WV) made a an identical comment.
