Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) gave a speech at Drake College in Des Moine, Iowa on Wednesday, further fueling hypothesis that the Republican senator is gearing up to join the 2024 presidential race.
Scott’s remarks eschewed among the talking factors common in the Republican Birthday Celebration seeing that its embrace of former President Donald Trump.
