Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) underscored former President Donald Trump‘s “highly effective” influence in the Republican celebration on Sunday, commenting that “everybody wants to be on President Trump’s bandwagon.”

Asked via Sunday Morning Futures host Maria Bartiromo about whether the GOP is united, given Trump’s latest criticism of Senate Minority Chief Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Scott responded that Trump is “nonetheless probably the most powerful voice in politics without any question.”
