A staffer for Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) tried to dam a Fox Information reporter from interviewing her with an umbrella on Thursday.

Fox Information senior congressional correspondent Chad Pergram was blocked via the staffer as he tried to interview Tlaib a few proposed address from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Congress.

As Pergram approached Tlaib with a microphone and requested, “What happens if Netanyahu comes–” the staffer spread out his umbrella in front of the Fox News reporter, blockading his view of the congresswoman.

The staffer then moved into a distinct position, then again, giving Pergram the chance to talk instantly to Tlaib.

“Ms. Tlaib, what occurs if Netanyahu comes to speak?” he wondered. “Is that a mistake through the speaker to extend this request? What do you bring to mind the Democratic leaders agreeing to that request as smartly?”

As Tlaib stonewalled Pergram, he persevered to ask, “Would you attend? Would you protest in any form?”

The staffer then used his umbrella to block Pergram over again, as Tlaib answered, “I don’t recognize, inviting a struggle felony to Congress is a sham. It’s shameful.”

At one point there was once arguing about whether the staffer “hit” the Fox Information crew with the umbrella.

“We’ve it on video, guys,” Pergram stated.

The incident led to a stir within the Fox Information newsroom, with Fox Information anchor Bret Baier labeling the relatively uneventful come across “Umbrellagate.”

Different progressives in both the Home and Senate have also protested Home Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) invitation for Netanyahu to handle Congress.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) described Netanyahu’s potential deal with as “one of the crucial aggravating things I feel Congress can do,” while Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) called the move “a horrific thought” and mentioned he would boycott any speech by means of the top minister.

Watch above by the use of Fox Information.
