Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), the chairman of the powerful House Judiciary Committee, pulled no punches on Wednesday blasting the team Jewish Voice For Peace beforehand of their huge protest at the U.S. Capitol.

Nadler wrote on Twitter, “Many have asked me “who is Jewish Voice for Peace?” Their web page says they are “proud to be part of the worldwide, Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) motion,” which, via its founder’s admission & tenets, seeks to end Israel as a Jewish & democratic state.”

Pro-Palestinian groups If No longer Now and Jewish Voice for Peace held a big protest out of doors the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday before protesters entered the Capitol complex and plenty of were arrested.

“A gaggle of protesters are demonstrating within the Cannon Rotunda. Demonstrations should not allowed within Congressional Building,” The Capitol Police warned on Twitter, sooner or later including:

We warned the protestors to forestall demonstrating and when they did not comply we started out arresting them.

Arrests in the Canon Rotunda and the rolling road closures are ongoing. Amongst these arrests, three folks have been arrested and charged with Assault on a Police Officer all through processing.
