After a viral war of words with top Donald Trump surrogate Rep. Elise Stefanik on Friday, NBC News correspondent Vaughn Hillyard used to be informed through the marketing campaign he would now not be accredited to participate as a member of the clicking pool for Sunday events, the marketing campaign reporter instructed P.c. News.

The Trump campaign tells Mediaite: “We don’t ban or bar journalists based on their reporting.”

Hillyard on Friday requested Stefanik in regards to the E. Jean Carroll case, and the verbal disagreement over media bias unfold across social media over the weekend, getting numerous airplay on MSNBC alongside the way.

The quote did not attribute the placement to retribution for the Friday incident.

Mediaite reached out to NBC Information however didn’t receive a response prior to the time of e-newsletter.
