Tucker Carlson launched an interview with Kevin Spacey on Christmas Eve during which the previous Hollywood megastar floated a run for president in 2024, railed against furries in the White Home, and suggested Netflix tried to have him killed.
The quick interview, published on X, used to be the latest in Spacey’s strange Christmas custom of reprising the position of Frank Underwood from House of playing Cards, which he performed to much acclaim until he was fired in 2017 over a raft of sexual harassment allegations.
Carlson started the interview by suggesting Spacey might jump into the 2024 race. “It does appear like the presidential race is effectively frozen in place, if no longer over. We know who the candidates are. It’s too late for every other to get in. Some have already dropped out. However is it too late? Is there anyone in this usa of 350 million people who may soar in at this late date and scramble the calculus of electoral politics? Well, there may be somebody and in truth, you already know him. You understand his face. And the query is, will he get in this cycle? And that’s my query for you.”
The digital camera then cut to Spacey (I’m going to be honest with you, reader, the divulge gave me a bounce scare), who replied in persona as Underwood.
“Neatly, that’s really a call for the people, Tucker,” Spacey said. “It’s not something that I truly take into consideration or need to do. And Merry Christmas to you, too. Spacey went on to put out a few of his political opinions over the course of the interview, which it appears incorporated an assault on furries.

At one point, Carlson prompt that Spacey’s former service provider, the streaming platform Netflix, tried to have the actor killed:
“They actually tried to kill you,” Carlson mentioned.
“It’s strange that they decided to publicly minimize ties with me on allegations on my own, allegations which have now been confirmed false,” Spacey said. “As a result of I don’t think there’s any question Netflix exists as a result of me. I put them on the map and so they tried to put me within the floor.”
In July, Spacey was once discovered not responsible in his UK trial over claims of sexual assault by means of four males. Those weren’t the only allegations in opposition to him: greater than a dozen males accused the actor of sexual misconduct; some accused him of assault.
