House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) stated he was “very positive” after a meeting between President Joe Biden and congressional leaders at the White House.
The meeting came because the House and Senate in finding themselves in a standstill on issues like border reform and funding for Ukraine because the u . s . continues combating off a Russian invasion.
