CNN host Jake Tapper clashed with White House Deputy Chief of Personnel Stephen Miller on Tuesday over President Donald Trump’s govt spending freeze.

Defending Trump’s order to freeze tons of of billions of dollars in executive spending – which was blocked by U.S. District Court docket Judge Loren AliKhan on Tuesday – Miller declared, “President Trump, when he stated ‘drain the swamp,’ he meant it. Miller refused to move on, declaring, “I’m on track. Let me stay heading in the right direction. What I’m saying to you is this. There are 2 million employees in the federal government. They’re overwhelmingly left of heart.”
